Our agency is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory through in-person business visits, focusing on client acquisition and retention.

Position Overview:
This role involves direct outside sales in your designated territory, with comprehensive training provided to connect with small and medium-sized businesses. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products, building and maintaining a personal client portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Use our CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
  • Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to assess insurance needs.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and service existing clients.
  • Set and meet monthly sales goals, plan weekly schedules, and record activity updates.

  • Qualifications:
  • Pass a background check, hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Obtain or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (training and fees covered).
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, including recent graduates or candidates with sales or athletic backgrounds.
