Were looking for someone who loves being in the field, building authentic relationships, opening new doors, and growing existing partnerships throughout New England.TerritoryMassachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and MaineGreater Boston area preferred.What Youll DoRepresent the Swannies brand throughout the New England territoryGrow and support existing green grass and independent retail accountsProspect and open new business opportunities across the territoryConduct in-person prebook line reviews and seasonal sales meetingsBuild strong relationships through regular account visits and proactive communicationAnalyze sell-through opportunities and identify ways to maximize account performanceExecute event sales opportunities and regional brand activationsManage territory administration including order entry, order management, and customer follow-upPartner closely with the internal Swannies team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceTravel throughout the territory regularly (approximately 75%)What Were Looking ForSelf-starter mentality with strong relationship-building skillsCompetitive, motivated, and energized by growthAbility to work independently without heavy micromanagementStrong understanding of sales pipelines and territory managementComfortable working in a fast-paced startup culturePassion for golf and familiarity with the golf industryPrior outside sales experience preferredExisting golf industry relationships are a huge plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary + uncapped commission structureBonus potentialTravel reimbursementExpected total compensation: $95,000$130,000+ annuallyMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Paid Time OffFlexible schedulingPreferred Experience2+ years in outside sales2+ years in the golf industryBachelors degree preferredLocationMust reside in the territory or be willing to relocate.
