Description
We’re looking for a driven sales rep to spearhead growth in San Bernardino County for a leading regional wholesale supplier of durable medical equipment. You will:
  • Prospect and develop relationships with independent pharmacies, skilled-nursing and long-term-care facilities, plus home-health organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, recommend product mixes, and negotiate win-win agreements.
  • Benefit from streamlined ordering, fast turnaround, and a knowledgeable inside team that keeps customers delighted.
  • Work autonomously to execute territory plans while receiving strong leadership support and training.
  • Receive a competitive salary, benefits package, mileage/car allowance, and an uncapped commission structure—successful reps enjoy lucrative payouts.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales success with relevant post-acute or pharmacy call points.
  • Established network of contacts across San Bernardino or nearby Inland Empire markets.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and managing full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within territory.
