** What You'll Do**

• Own and manage your territory with a mix of company-provided and self-generated leads
• Meet with homeowners for in-home design consultations and close in one visit
• Build referral networks with realtors, designers, contractors, and past clients
• Manage your own schedule and run your territory like a business

** Who You Are**

• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a track record of building revenue
• Comfortable owning your results and working independently
• A natural networker who builds relationships that turn into business
• Organized and able to balance multiple priorities
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
