Job Title: Territory Sales Rep
Location: Chicago
Company Overview: Join our growing dental company, which is dedicated to providing top-quality dental equipment and solutions. We are actively seeking a motivated Territory Sales Rep to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Chicago.
Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Rep with clinical experience. This role requires a candidate who is willing to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and dental offices.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Clinical experience (Hygienist / RDAs)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
Compensation:
Starting base salary: 65,000
OTE; $90,000 - $100,000 first year
Second year: $120,000 - $130,000
