Role Description The Territory Sales Representative is an on-site role based in Fairview, PA. This position is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with existing and prospective customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, conducting product demonstrations, identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to develop tailored solutions, providing basic technical product support, and maintaining accurate records of activities in a CRM or similar system. The Territory Sales Representative will represent all three divisions of Automation Devices, Inc., promoting vibratory feeding solutions and bottle capping equipment to drive revenue growth.\n

- Demonstrated skills in territory management, account development, and customer relationship building.

- Experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably with equipment, machinery, or manufacturing solutions.

- Ability to understand and explain mechanical and electromechanical products, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in person and in writing.

- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in an on-site and field-based environment.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
