The Role: Territory Sales Representative (In-Home Sales)
As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
- Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in-home consultations
- Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
- Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
- Deliver exceptional service by doing what's right for every homeowner

Who You Are
- 3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales)
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by results and income potential
- Strong communicator who excels in face-to-face sales conversations
- Coachable and adaptable, able to follow a proven playbook
