Territory Sales Representative (California)

Base Salary: $95,000 + Bonus (OTE: $100,000$118,750) + Company Vehicle

Location: Remote (California) with regular travel to Northern and Southern California Branches

Travel: Up to 50%

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting service solutions along with possible refrigeration, HVAC, ice cream, and beverage equipment sales.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, balanced with in-person customer engagement and occasional visits to company locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and grow a defined territory through new business acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to sell refrigeration, HVAC, ice cream, and beverage equipment.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits, calls, and email.
  • Recommend preventative maintenance and service solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory efficiently (limited overnight travel)

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside or service-based sales
  • Industry experience in foodservice, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
