Outside Sales Representative - Flooring SolutionsOutside Sales Rep – Flooring Solutions at Sunbelt Rentals. You will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the flooring solutions profit center specializes in, developing and executing sales plans to grow business, maintaining current customers, and supporting the Sunbelt brand nationally.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new business within assigned territory.Implement sales strategies to grow and retain clientele.Build and promote the Sunbelt brand across the region.Demonstrate solution‑selling approach and technical knowledge in equipment and concrete surface preparation.Contribute to project management and new business development.Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface preparation and polishing.Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience.Solution‑selling approach and technical aptitude to learn engineering concepts.Project management, new business development and customer retention skills.Physical DemandsWork requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed.CompensationBase Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $58,168.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
