Functions required to learn include but are not limited toAsset onboarding management & upkeep for continued accuracy of information and live-tracking of company assetsDispatching protocols including manual operation and AI-training to ensure proper operation of day-to-day maintenance operationsUpdating data for accuracy within Nuvolo to ensure maximum efficiency.Qualifications3-5 years C-Store & commercial building maintenance management of staff and facilities experience or 5-10 years in general maintenance management of staff and facilities is required.Knowledge & Familiarity with the following software or a professional-use equivalent version.Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Microsoft Office 365 Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher.
