About the Role
Join The SEALS of Austin / Round Rock as a Territory Service Specialist, where you’ll help businesses improve equipment performance, energy efficiency, kitchen cleanliness, and overall reliability through commercial kitchen sealing solutions and related field services.
This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow, willing to learn, and ready to work hard. The role combines customer interaction, hands-on service work, relationship building, and growing your own customer base throughout an assigned territory.
Industry experience is not required — we provide training for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow. We care far more about attitude, urgency, work ethic, dependability, and willingness to improve than previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout your assigned territory
- Introduce The SEALS services to new potential customers
- Build relationships with operators, managers, and maintenance teams
- Identify service opportunities and generate new business
- Perform gasket replacements and related sealing work
- Maintain and grow customer accounts over time
- Follow up with customers and help create recurring business
- Manage your own schedule and territory route
- Track customer activity using company systems
Requirements
- Hungry to grow and improve financially
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys interacting with customers and developing new business relationships
- Some customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Willingness to learn technical and customer-facing skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic handyman, mechanical, or technical skills are helpful, but willingness to learn is more important.
