Territory Service Technician

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Territory Service Technician that can provide excellent service, as well as form positive relationships with customers in the area.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Regular interaction with customers and communicate the service rendered
• Be able to work outdoors (in heat and cold)
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Maintain and take care of work truck
• Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services
• Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month
• Service 13 to 15 homes per day

• Base pay of $40,000 to $60,000 annually

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six (6) months of customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer-focused and self-motivated
• Attention to Detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 or over

 

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• You must be comfortable using and moving a ladder
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
