Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong expertise in functional, integration, system, and regression testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cash Payments and Disbursement products, business process analysis, requirements gathering, test planning, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities
Perform requirements gathering and solutioning for current business processes related to Cash Payments and Disbursement products.
Conduct GAP analysis and communicate findings and recommendations to the Project Sponsor and Project Manager.
Review process documentation and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to understand business and system requirements.
Contribute to test design and planning activities.
Develop and review test scripts, high-level test flows, test scenarios, and test cases.
Coordinate with Product and Project Managers to obtain review and sign-off on testing deliverables.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Participate in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
Contribute to the Defect Management process, including defect triage and prioritization.
Work closely with Development and Product teams to ensure defects are resolved and remediated within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure testing activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with manual testing.
Experience performing functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, test planning, test design, and test case development.
Experience conducting GAP analysis and analyzing business processes.
Experience working with FRDs, process documents, and other business requirements documentation.
Strong experience with defect management and defect
