Test and Validation Engineer – HVACAs a Test and Validation Engineer – HVAC reporting to the Head of AC Testing – NA, you will provide support for equipment and facilities used in the validation testing of automotive HVAC and engine cooling components. Requires multidisciplinary electrical and mechanical engineering background supporting industrial test equipment, process control, and instrumentation. Ensures data quality and adherence to validation specifications.This Role Is Responsible ToInstall and support instrumentation and data acquisition systemsSupport process control equipment including PLCs and controllersSize control valves, heat exchangers, and pumpsDiagnose refrigeration systemsEngineer test equipment and facility improvementsSupport technicians and troubleshoot test issuesDefine project specifications and prepare cost estimatesPerform commissioning testsYour Experience And QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4‑year college or university1‑10 years of experienceKnowledge of instrumentation, controls, electrical systemsKnowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLCs and HMIHVAC and thermodynamics familiarityKnowledge of MSA, OSHA, NFPA standardsStrong English communication skills are required.Apply high school math concepts.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.Our OfferingWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal and career development opportunities.
