Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

- Knowledge of healthcare payer business processes including member enrollment, claim lifecycle, providers, benefits, and payments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in creating and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Experience in performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to validate business workflows and system functionality across multiple applications.
- Experience in defect identification, tracking, triaging, and resolution management.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
- Knowledge of risk-based testing and quality engineering methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience using Jira for work management and defect tracking.
- Experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to perform SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Experience in API testing and service validation.
- Experience coordinating with product owners, business SMEs, developers, operations testing, and business acceptance testing teams.
- Experience in healthcare payer domain projects.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise healthcare applications.
- Experience supporting Operations Testing and end-to-end business process validation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance testing requirements.
- Experience validating member, provider, claims, benefits, and payment workflows.
- Familiarity with shift-left quality practices and test automation opportunities.
- Experience supporting release readiness and production deployment validation.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple testing and business teams in distributed delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
