We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Lead with 8 -"12 years of strong domain expertise in enterprise-scale TDM, synthetic data generation, data privacy, and automation-led data provisioning. The role will drive TDM strategy, solution design, and implementation across large transformation programs, enabling self-service, scalable, and compliant test data platforms for functional, performance, and regression testing. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide TDM strategy and roadmap, covering data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation. Architect and implement automated, self-service TDM platforms using tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, or equivalent. Define and operationalize synthetic data strategies to reduce production data dependency and accelerate testing cycles. Partner with QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and secure data availability across environments. Establish TDM standards, best practices, and governance models aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. Drive data privacy and compliance initiatives including PII discovery, masking, anonymization, and audit readiness. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to TDM analysts and junior team members. Support pre-sales, RFPs, and client solutioning by designing TDM approaches, estimates, and value propositions. Own TDM documentation, operating models, and automation frameworks for long-term scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 10 "15 years of experience in Test Data Management, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Masking. Strong hands-on and architectural experience with TDM tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, or similar platforms. Deep expertise in synthetic data modeling, masking techniques, data obfuscation, and subsetting strategies. Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, or Snowflake. Experience supporting performance, load, and large-scale regression testing data requirements. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and secure data handling practices. Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive enterprise change. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Added / Preferred Skill Sets Experience building or integrating API-driven or agent-based TDM platforms. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and environment orchestration. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with TDM assessments, maturity models, and enterprise transformation programs. Strong consulting mindset with experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom).
