Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced TDM Engineer to join our growing team supporting the TDM (Test Data Management) functions across multiple business workstreams including Enrollment, Claims, Provider, and Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working with back-end systems, APIs, and stakeholder interactions across QE and delivery teams. Familiarity with the Medicare domain is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process test data requests submitted via intake portal from various QE teams
Communicate effectively with requesters to clarify data needs and finalize estimations
Generate, manipulate, and validate test data across systems (UI, DB, APIs)
Execute manual steps or trigger automations (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to fulfill data requests
Coordinate lifecycle testing scenarios involving multiple workstreams
Troubleshoot test data issues and verify completeness/accuracy with requesters
Contribute to the improvement of self-service test data portals and documentation
Must-Have Skills: Strong SQL: Ability to write and debug complex queries for data validation and extraction
API Handling: Familiarity with calling APIs using tools like Postman or custom scripts
JIRA: Experience in managing work tickets and tracking Agile activities
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
