The Test Development Engineer designs, develops, and maintains test equipment and test plans that support manufacturing and operations for both existing and new products. This role collaborates closely with design, hardware, quality, manufacturing, validation, and product management teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and accurate testing. The engineer provides hands-on technical support, drives continuous improvement of test processes, and ensures proper documentation and preventive maintenance of all test systems and fixtures.

Work Environment
The role operates in a manufacturing-focused environment where test equipment and fixtures support production operations. You will work hands-on with electronic test instruments such as oscilloscopes, power meters, frequency counters, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers, as well as LabVIEW-based or similar automated test systems. The position involves time on the manufacturing floor and in lab settings, performing preventive maintenance, soldering, wiring, and equipment setup to ensure reliable testing. You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams in a structured environment that emphasizes product quality, process improvement, and career development, supported by a larger organization that offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
