Job SummarySeeking a Test Engineer 3 for a higher-level testing and production support role. The engineer will perform technical testing and troubleshooting, support production testing activities, interact with customers, and develop and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technical testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Support production testing and manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot test-related issues and support resolution.
- Develop, document, and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
- Communicate directly with customers and provide technical support as required.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve testing issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Required.
- 5+ years of relevant Test Engineering experience Required.
- Experience with Test Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting production testing.
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs/work instructions.
- Customer-facing/customer interface experience.
