The organization fosters a hands-on, fast-paced environment where individuals can work closely with cutting-edge equipment and make a tangible impact.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including verification and validation frameworksDesign and write detailed test procedures for a range of engineering applicationsPerform and oversee complex testing in laboratory and specialized environments, including vacuum and environmental conditionsOperate test equipment and systems, capturing and analyzing performance dataTroubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis during testing phasesBuild, maintain, and calibrate test setups and equipmentProduce thorough documentation, including test reports, procedures, and quality recordsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing aligns with product development timelines and requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
