Description



Responsibilities:

  • Design and modify circuit board layouts for new and existing test stations
  • Support production through failure analysis, test debugging, and root cause investigations
  • Drive test improvement initiatives including automation, coverage expansion, and cycle time reduction
  • Develop and maintain test documentation from concept through production release
  • Analyze test data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Participate in capital equipment reviews and test capacity planning
  • Support calibration, configuration management, and maintenance of test equipment
  • Train production operators and technicians on new or updated test procedures
  • Maintain compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and internal quality standards

Profile



Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of Test Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with automated test equipment, fixture design, and test debugging
  • Working knowledge of Altium Designer and test software development
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards
  • Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills
  • U.S. Person status required
