Job Description:- Test Engineer who is 5+ years of experienced with Developing and implementing test plans for components and systems.
- Conduct functional and environmental testing on hardware. and documenting results.
- Coordinating with engineering teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define, document, and analyze test procedures and results.

- Qual Test Plan
- Qual Test Procedure
- Qual Test Report
- Testing Support
- Development testing at the component and system level (functional, environmental, EMI, structural) for PLDC, PLAC & Next Gen Boom
- Test Equipment Development
- Coordinate design and build of test stands/fixtures with stakeholders
- LabVIEW SW development for fixtures and test stands. (may require coordinating with OSAT LabVIEW SW engineers)
- Experience in integration and test processes. (DO-160, MIL-STD-810)
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering
- Certification in systems, aerospace, or quality standards
Qualification: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
