Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer to support the development, execution, and evaluation of testing activities across complex software and hardware environments in Chantilly, VA.
In this role, you will develop and execute test programs and scenarios designed to evaluate system functionality, performance, database impacts, and potential risks. You will work closely with engineering and program teams to identify defects, assess system changes, conduct regression testing, and ensure solutions meet technical and mission requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with software or system testing, regression testing, test documentation, and automated testing tools within a technical engineering environment.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Test Engineer who enjoys digging into complex systems, identifying potential issues, and helping engineering teams deliver reliable solutions. You should be comfortable working across both software and hardware environments and capable of translating testing results into clear, actionable technical findings.
