Provide technical support and application guidance, offering recommendations to customers and internal teams. Support electronics design modifications, component substitutions, and ongoing product enhancements. Develop, execute, and document test plans to validate product performance, functionality, and reliability. Identify obsolete components and assist with engineering change notices (ECNs) and product updates. Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Troubleshoot electronic systems and provide support to production testing and assembly teams. Maintain accurate technical documentation and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as required.
