This role involves working with high-voltage electrical systems up to 690V and advanced electronic test equipment to ensure product quality safety and compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities Conduct visual inspections and electrical product testing in accordance with established standard operating procedures SOPs in a secure lab environment. Operate specialized electrical test equipment including Variacs Hi-Pot and Ground Bond Testers Power Analyzers Oscilloscopes Current Clamps Digital Multimeters Accurately record document and analyze test results to ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards. Maintain and update the test report database ensuring proper data tracking and reporting. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical test failures using proven diagnostic techniques tools and analytical thinking. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and support a culture of injury-free operations in a Lean manufacturing one-piece flow environment.This is a full time Contract opportunity.Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related technical field from an accredited institution. 3 years of experience in electrical testing including high-voltage systems up to 690V. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven expertise in electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis.
