Title: Test Engineer

Compensation:
Pay Range:$47.00-$52.00 Per Hr

Description
This role involves conducting functional and regression tests on automated systems to ensure compliance with business practices. 
The position is based in a hybrid setting with a focus on testing enhancements for new and existing software systems. 
The ideal candidate should have experience with various testing platforms and a strong understanding of operational and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform complete regression tests on new and existing systems.
Conduct functional tests to ensure proper software operation and system integration.
Create and edit test cases based on system requirements.
Identify and analyze business and system requirements, documenting issues and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, programmers, and analysts for problem resolution and testing verification.

Qualifications
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with testing systems on various platforms.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies.
