Your Tasks

  • Perform OTA, Wireless, and EMC testing according to internal schedules and work instructions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to achieve individual objectives and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Maintain operational excellence through accurate documentation, meeting report lead-times, logging errors, and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Uphold quality and accreditation standards, promptly addressing and escalating any non‑compliances.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to support project success and overall client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures aimed at enhancing test result accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Share best practices within the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the laboratory.
  • Develop knowledge of CTIA requirements and emerging OTA/RF/EMC industry standards through training and self‑directed learning.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in technology and motivation to grow in OTA and RF test methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills when working with colleagues and customers.
  • Willingness and flexibility to support shift work or flexible working hours when required.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in OTA, EMC, or RF testing.
  • Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI, or related industry standards.
  • Experience working in an ISO 17025-accredited testing environment.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $60,000 - 90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
