Job Title: Engineer Technician - Connected Product Tester
Job Description
This role focuses on hands-on testing of a new connected product to ensure it is fully ready for market. You will own product testing end-to-end, running the system as a real user, validating features and workflows, and working closely with engineering teams to identify, document, and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software. This position is ideal for an experienced technician or test engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, driving product quality, and pushing testing beyond the obvious edge cases.

Work Environment
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside other engineering teams while serving as the primary person focused on testing edge cases and day-to-day validation of the connected product. The role centers on hands-on work with hardware, firmware, and software, using test equipment such as multimeters and other hardware testing tools. You will regularly interact with engineering colleagues to review findings, discuss root causes, and align on fixes, while maintaining a high degree of independence and ownership over the testing process and product quality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
