| Provide daily leadership and coaching to test engineers Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and support the professional growth of team members. Develop and implement technical training to improve procedural discipline and cross-functional depth. Prioritize and allocate engineering resources across NPI, sustaining, and production support programs. Lead the architecture and implementation of automated test systems for RF, DC, and functional testing. Oversee test software architecture and development, including production floor applications, API services, and database systems. Lead integration of test frameworks based on structured architectural patterns. Ensure cybersecurity compliance across all software and data assets related to test systems. |
| REQUIRED SKILLS · Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering Technology or equivalent · 5+ years of experience with software development or test-automation engineering. · Demonstrated technical leadership and system ownership experience · Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and delegate effectively. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments · Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server · Expert-level experience developing and supporting test systems using: · C# (WinForms) for shop-floor applications · Python (FastAPI or similar) for service/API development · Strong understanding of test system architecture, including: · separation of UI, API, and database layers · controlled data flow and validation · traceability and audit-defensible data practices · Excellent communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills |
