Pay Range: $28hr - $33hr
Requirement/Must Have: - Requires fully proficient job knowledge and skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with National Instruments Test Stand and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures.
- Ability to work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures.
- Possession of a lean, continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to use a variety of diagnostic tools including DMM, Oscilloscope, and Logic Analyzers to troubleshoot and fault isolate to component level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support production, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Depot testing.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize test processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Ability to work occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work.

Qualification And Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
