This role focuses on hands-on lab work, including hardware validation, scripting, debugging, and failure analysis.The ideal candidate will have experience working with storage systems, embedded technologies, and industry-standard interfaces. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality and performance.This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys deep technical problem-solving, working with lab equipment, and driving issues to resolution in a team-oriented setting.Key Responsibilities Perform storage validation testing using hardware infrastructure and tools (oscilloscopes, analyzers, storage testers)Develop, execute, and debug eSSD testing scripts using Python and internal frameworksCreate and manage Jira tickets and generate detailed test reportsMaintain lab infrastructure, including equipment inventory, OS/software installations, and licensingConduct first-level failure analysis and troubleshoot test setup issuesSupport system-level debugging and assist engineering teams in issue resolutionRequired Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of:Storage systems and environmentsComputer architecture and system-level behaviorEmbedded systems fundamentalsFirmware conceptsExperience with industry protocols such as:JTAG debugging toolsLab equipment such as oscilloscopes (DSOs), logic analyzers, protocol analyzersProficiency in:Python scriptingAbility to analyze complex issues and drive them to resolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience working in storage or SSD validation environmentsFamiliarity with internally developed testing tools/frameworksStrong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive approachSoft Skills Self-starter with strong ownership mindsetHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work both independently and in team environmentsDriven, curious, and eager to deep-dive into technical challengesEducation Technical Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
