Job Title: Test & Evaluation Engineer 3 Job Location: El Segundo, CA Duration: 6 months Job Description: Experienced (Mid-Level) Position Responsibilities: • Supports the development and verification of test methods • Performs detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan. • Develops solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact • Designs test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements • Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements • Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer • Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements • Presents test results internally • Archives data and reports • Works under general direction from test leads Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science • 3+ years of experience working with specialized test equipment, instrumentation using electrical engineering test methodologies • 3+ years of experience performing automated tests and troubleshooting electronics equipment, hardware, and software • Experience in software tools based in C# Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 5+ years experience working in a lab and/or production environment • 5+ years of experience with test instrumentation and/or test methods
