This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft Active Top Secret Clearance is Required The System and Network Administrator Functions supports a 24/7 hour Test operation. This position is 4th shift meaning, various shifts, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required to support program objectives. Position Responsibilities: • Provides Factory Floor support to multiple Programs; defining & documenting Test setups, Deploying Test Software & Configurations, Troubleshooting, communicating/coordinating program requests, and supporting requests from the team to improve effectiveness, efficiency, productivity • Develops, implements, and sustains tools that enable product security requirements • Utilizes agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track product security statement of work • Develops and enhances system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements • Configures and ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support • This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Required Skills: • Bachelor degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. • Current CompTIA Security+ certification • Current CompTIA Network+ certification • Experience in Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and Cisco IOS • Experience in VMWare Virtualization • Experience in Enterprise Storage Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • ITIL 4 certification • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification • Experience in Satellite Test and STE Operations Readiness • Experience in Cyber Security • Experience in Redhat and Oracle Linux servers, Windows XP – Windows 7,10, 11 OS and network-based storage system • Experience in certifying PTEX (Payload Test Executive) and MTEX (Modular Test Executive) Test Servers • Experience in certifying Automated Test Controller (ATC) Server and Client Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
