Description:We are Lockheed Martin

This position is for the Marietta Test & Evaluation (T&E) Project Integrator / CAM. The candidate will support the Control Account Management (CAM) activities for projects within the team which consists mainly of lab and flight test tasks for the C-130J aircraft, the C-5 aircraft, the P-3 aircraft and ADP programs. In this role, the candidate will use various Enterprise toolsets to support the T&E Project Leads with a multitude of Project Planning, Tracking and Finance functions, including establishing program budget baselines, conducting Earned Value and variance analysis, and developing monthly ETC. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of T&E contractual tasks. The Integrator will work with the T&E Project Leads to identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of contract milestones across multiple projects. The successful candidate will have knowledge of basic business acumen and experience in Microsoft Excel.

In addition, the candidate will assist with developing cost estimates and related documentation including basis of estimates, statements of work, etc. in response to requests for proposals, cost estimates and ROMs. The Integrator will also develop and control various metrics for T&E Management.

The candidate will be expected to take a proactive approach to ensuring that all T&E milestones are achieved. This individual must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be extremely organized, reliable, and able to successfully multi-task and perform within the high octane, dynamic Flight Test environment.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, STEM, or other Business-related field from an accredited college.
  • Experience as a CAM and/or with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar financial tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Must have excellent analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to brief team leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal management oversight.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to convey financial data through various communication forums.
  • Knowledge / experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to perform in an environment with dynamic priorities and varying work tasks.
  • Experience with BOE development/ Cost estimation.
  • CAM certification.
  • Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
