Role Description The Test & Inspection Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in West Caldwell, NJ. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new inspection and testing opportunities, building relationships with property owners, facility managers, and contractors, and promoting the company’s fire protection services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, preparing proposals and quotes, following up on leads, and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. The representative collaborates closely with technical and operations teams to schedule inspections, ensure service quality, and support compliance with relevant fire codes and regulations. The role involves regular client communication, record keeping in CRM tools, and participation in local networking or industry events to expand market presence.
