About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team at Coforge. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, API validation, and performance testing, along with solid leadership and analytical capabilities. This role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to guide a QA team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for projects
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with C#
• Perform API automation testing using tools like Postman
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members
• Ensure best practices in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data validation and testing

Required Skills

• Strong experience in UI Automation Testing using Selenium with C# (Mandatory)
• Extensive experience in API Automation Testing (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Postman and JMeter (Mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) (Mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA
• Prior experience in a Test Lead or similar leadership role
