Fulltime: The pay range for this role is US$100,000 - US$120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.

Rate: $55/Hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with extensive experience in manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and a proven track record of delivering high quality software products. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can effectively identify issues and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.

Perform thorough manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.

Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Mentor and guide junior testers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing tools and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies.

Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.

Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Experience in performance testing and security testing.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (QA) processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10 15 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing.

Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

4. Document Upload & Verification

You understand and agree that:

• All resumes, documents, and information you upload must be true, accurate, and valid
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide
• The Portal may use third-party verification services where applicable
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any document or information that appears invalid or misleading

5. Use of Portal Services

You agree to use the Portal in compliance with:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• Professional standards for IT professionals
• Client-specific requirements
• Instructions provided on the Portal

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading false or misleading information
• Interfering with Portal operations
• Sharing your credentials or login with others
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate application processes

6. Job Application

You acknowledge that:
