Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in UI automation using Selenium with C#, API automation testing, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives, design automation frameworks, and drive end-to-end testing strategy across web applications and APIs. This role requires strong analytical skills, database knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end QA activities for web and API-based applications
  • Design and develop UI automation frameworks using Selenium with C#
  • Implement API automation testing using tools like Postman and automation frameworks
  • Create and execute performance/load tests using JMeter
  • Define test strategy, test plans, and automation roadmap
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Review test cases, automation scripts, and execution reports
  • Perform database validation using SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Analyze defects, track issues, and drive resolution
  • Ensure QA best practices, standards, and processes are followed
  • Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide test metrics, reports, and quality insights to leadership


Required Skills
  • 10+ years of QA experience with a strong automation background
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium with C# (Mandatory)
  • Strong API Automation Testing experience (Mandatory)
  • Experience using Postman for API testing (Mandatory)
  • Experience with JMeter for performance testing (Mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch
  • Experience leading QA teams and test strategy
