Test Lead-SIP messaging/IMS network /Device Testing

Job Description:
Test lead engineer with 5+ years of experience in Device testing for Voice services, specifically Residential Gateway (RG), Integrated Access Device (IAD), VoLTE 5G CVoIP BVoIP 911. Looking for IMS core experience, SIP protocol experience, IMS call flow experience. Wireshark tool experience preferred. Develop test plans, execute and compile results of test plans. Analyze calls through Wireshark.

*Would require rotating Sat/Sun work schedule but still only 40 hrs/week. Would get following mutually agreeable weekday off. Would be able to work remote on the Sat/Sun.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive solutions that align with company objectives.
- Oversee the integration of IMS, Mobility (VoLTE), and 5G IoT Modules to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide technical expertise in the deployment and management of 5G Private Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 5G with IoT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize WireShark for network analysis and troubleshooting to maintain optimal network performance.
- Lead the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Qualifications:
- Possess a strong understanding of IMS, Mobility (VoLTE), and 5G IoT Modules Integration.
- Demonstrate expertise in 5G Private Networks and 5G with IoT solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with WireShark for network analysis and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and managing detailed project plans.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
