Immediate need for a Test Manager for a position in the IT Industry. This is a 6+ month’s contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Oakton , VA. Please review the job description below: Job ID: 18-20096 Key Responsibilities/ Technology Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of experience Telecom Testing Background (MUST) OSS / BSS Testing (MUST) Ability to understand the application, technology and domain and come up with test strategy at a short span Review and finalize on the test plan and strategy Ability to build team based on skillset and project opportunities Ability to assess and communicate the risks in the project and provide mitigation / contingency plan Ability to monitor overall test progress and do defect management Ability to provide inputs to the team on optimizing effort and cost as required by the project Ability to provide insights into automation and performance testing as required by the project Be SPOC for all the testing activities and provide dashboards and reports to all the stakeholders Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
