Test Merchandiser — Urgently hiring Test Merchandiser in Orlando!

Job Title: Test Merchandiser
Pay: $15 - $18 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, daytime hours

As a Test Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in supporting store layouts, product displays, and promotional setups. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure visual standards are met, helping to boost sales and improve shopper engagement. What You'll Do
As a Test Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Implementing planograms to ensure products are displayed according to company standards, maximizing visibility and sales. Stocking shelves, rotating products to maintain freshness, and managing backstock efficiently. Setting up attractive displays, arranging product groupings, and updating signage to reflect current marketing campaigns. Updating price tags, shelf strips, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and appeal. Conducting store audits to check stock levels, identify damaged or expired items, and report findings to management. Traveling to multiple retail locations within Orlando to perform resets, remodels, and merchandising tasks. Collaborating with store staff to negotiate product placement and improve visual presentation.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs regularly. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with store teams. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks efficiently. Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or related fields is a plus but not required.
