Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Testing Operator workers for an electronics / complex assembly company in Mankato, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll support quality and production by inspecting and touching up electronic boards using microscopes and hand tools in a clean, detail-focused manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Testing Operator:- Inspect circuit boards and panels under a microscope for proper coating coverage
- Perform coating touch-ups using microscopes and small hand tools
- Use pliers, cutters, and other small tools during board assembly processes
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Follow work instructions and assist with other duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Testing Operator Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of electronic components preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Willingness to cross-train into other positions as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English
- IPC?A?610 training preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
