Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Test Operator for the 2nd shift in Brea, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, where the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running multiple automated testing equipment following specific instructions and procedures. The position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic team environment, ensuring the quality of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and run multiple automated testing equipment using specific working instructions and procedures.
  • Follow manufacturing work instructions and use proprietary computer-guided test programs to perform quality checks of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.
  • Ability to follow multi-step test procedures.
  • Test products, determine if products pass all test steps, and clearly separate good and defective units.
  • Operate bar code scanner.
  • Maintain required record keeping in accordance with policies, specifications, and requirements.
  • Perform simple maintenance of equipment, fixtures, tooling, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Contribute effectively to the team to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior electronic testing experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge in electronic test tools (DMM, Power Supply, etc.).
  • Ability to determine pass/fail of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.
  • Background check and drug screen.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.
