Job Title: Test Operator
Location: Mankato, MN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30pm-2:30am | Monday-Thursday

What You'll Do as a Test Operator:- Hold boards/panels under a microscope to inspect for proper coating coverage
- Perform coating touch up of coating under a microscope using various hand tools
- Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly
- Complete required production documentation
- Use of computer for basic data entry
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
What You Need to Bring to the Test Operator Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trained in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies preferred, but not required
- General computer skills
- General knowledge of electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and instructions
- Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check
