GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
This role supports the RF and electrical testing for a wide range of RF products, including Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs), and Mixer/Frequency Converters. Responsible for executing both routine and non-routine testing, data collection with guidance from senior team members, and assisting with the development and continuous improvement of existing procedures and work instructions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform in-process electrical confidence checks to verify product performance and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and basic calibration of RF test stations.
Support and execute environmental stress screening (ESS), including but not limited to thermal cycling, vibration, and mechanical shock, in accordance with production requirements.
Collect and organize test data using manual, semi-automated, or automated test data sheets.
Follow established test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure product accuracy and measurement repeatability.
Identify, document, and report test anomalies or equipment challenges to senior level staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and manufacturing standards.

Required Experience:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Foundational understanding of RF and electronic test principles is preferred.
Basic experience and familiarity with RF and electrical test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, phase noise test sets, power meters, and DC power supplies.
Experience with the measurement of RF products and their associated parameters such as VSWR, Gain, OIP, P1dB, Psat, PAE, Phase Noise, Spurious, Stability, AM to PM, Harmonics, and Noise Figure.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Have a willingness and ability to learn new equipment, processes, and technologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and support overtime as required.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with peers and supervisors, while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.

Able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical engineering Technology, or a related filed is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in electronics testing, manufacturing, or a related technical environment is preferred.
Relevant coursework, internships, or hands-on lab experience in RF or electronics is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to occasionally lift, move, or assist in the positioning electronics equipment, test fixtures, or ATE/rack-mounted assemblies up to 50lbs.
Use of carts, rack systems, or team lifting may be required for heavier equipment.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Office and/or manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment).
