Position Summary:
The Test Proctor ensures accurate, secure, and professional delivery of all standardized testing services within the Testing Center. This role supports students by coordinating exam scheduling, verifying accommodations, and administering tests in a manner that upholds exam integrity and adheres to all established policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing frontline operations support, serving as the primary exam proctor, and maintaining a testing environment that is responsive to the diverse needs of all students. Additionally, the role is responsible for safeguarding testing materials, monitoring exam sessions, enforcing testing protocols, and promptly reporting any testing irregularities to the Testing Coordinator.

Job Duty
Conduct computer-based, internet-based, and paper-pencil exams in accordance with all testing policies, procedures, and security protocols. This includes verifying materials from faculty, scheduling, and coordinating exam scheduling with students and faculty. Serve as primary exam proctor. Interact effectively with Test Center clientele regarding test administration. Provides consistent information on test proctoring policies and procedures to the students and faculty/ Identifying and resolving test administration issues as they arise.

Staff the Testing Center front desk, provide customer service to students and faculty, and serve as the primary proctor during all testing sessions. Register student upon arrival and verify accommodations. Identify and resolve test administration issues as they arise.

Enforce guidelines and policies set forth by the testing companies. Secure and maintain accurate records, les, and Test Center statistical data. Review current testing policies to maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing procedures, regulations, and costs.

Communicate regularly with faculty, staff, and campus partners regarding exam delivery, testing procedures, and accommodation needs. Promote the department's services to students, alumni, and the community. Other duties as assigned.
