About the role: We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our analytics team. You will work on building models to improve customer retention and develop scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation and churn prediction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate models into production.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines and data warehouses.
• Ensure model performance and monitor for drift.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in applied data science or machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in A/B testing and causal inference.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
