Job Position: Test Report Coordinator

Location: Austin, TX 78759

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Description: We are seeking a professional to join our client's field services group at their corporate headquarters in Austin. They are a fast paced, highly energized, profitable, growing organization with 8 regional offices nationwide. They are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to be part of their team as a full time Test Report Coordinator. This position formats environmental regulation test reports and makes sure that the reports are distributed correctly. A high degree of attention to detail is required.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of test reports
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Track and manage test report submissions to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of test reports and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues in test reports.
- Assist in developing and improving reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize relevant software tools for report generation, data analysis, and document management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Familiarity with test reporting processes and documentation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, or other data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in test data or reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
