The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.
What You Will Do
• Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies. • Document test procedures and results accurately. • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Maintain and calibrate test equipment. • Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions.
Qualifications You Must Have
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions. • Experience reading technical drawings and schematics. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles. • Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment and technical procedures
