We are hiring Test Technicians for our client in the Andover, MA, areas. These individuals will assist engineers with building, installing, and testing high-tech systems. The Test Technician plays a key role in ensuring systems meet performance and quality standards before shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and test complex detection systems to meet product specifications
- Perform final acceptance testing on complete systems prior to shipment
- Use diagnostic tools and software to collect and analyze performance data
- Troubleshoot and repair non-conforming units and system defects
- Work from technical manuals, schematics, and engineering procedures
- Document and record all test results and quality data
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical and quality issues
- Assist in improving test methods, procedures, and manufacturing processes
- Perform electromechanical assembly when needed
- Meet daily production and testing targets
- Ability to configure, test, calibrate, and repair complex instruments
- Experience using test equipment such as:
- Oscilloscopes
- Digital multimeters
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to interpret technical data and apply results to real-world problems
- Experience working with manufacturing processes and test procedures
- Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred
- 5+ years of testing or instrumentation experience
